TaylorMade Stylez is a beauty business that specifically specializes in custom units. Our units offer convenience and versatility while protecting your natural hair. After all, “your hair is the crown you never take off”.

Processing time for custom units is currently 10-15 business days. Orders can take up to 21 business days during peak season. Business days excludes weekends and holidays! For Ready to ship (on hand units) orders placed before 5pm are available for pick up same day. If placed after it is available the following day. PLEASE CONTACT prior to picking up to schedule a pick up via text or email. For provide your own hair units there is a 7-10 business day turnaround time. RUSH FEE if you want or need your unit before the standard turnaround time you can pay a $75 rush fee to get your unit in advance.

Once your unit is complete, all units are shipped using USPS Priority shipping. This shipping takes 2-3 business days for domestic shipping and 10-15 days for international shipping depending on location. Y ou will be given a tracking number to monitor location and expected delivery date of your package

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will try our best to accommodate you but there are no refunds. Please be sure before making a purchase for on hand units to thoroughly read the description of the unit that includes the size, hair texture length etc to assure you are aware of what you are getting and will be satisfied with your purchase. ​ When placing a custom order please be sure to include your proper measurement to ensure a proper fit.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. All orders come with a tracking number. Please be sure to enter the correct mailing address (including unit number). If you will not be home you can request your package is held at your post office or you can request to have have a signature for delivery to assure it is given to you directly.
